THE SEARCH

Title: The Search
Author: Nora Roberts
Rating: 10

Nora Roberts never disappoints me and this was one of those books that you hate to put down because it all leads up to the big finale. Fiona Bristow is the main character and years ago she was able to escape a serial killer. He was put in prison but wants revenge on Fiona for breaking his nose and causing him to be caught and convicted. Meanwhile, Fiona has moved to an island off the west coast of Washington, has 3 dogs and has a dog-training school. She also works in Search and Rescue and her dogs are trained for the same. You know that somehow the killer is going to come after her but you just don't know when. In the mean time, the dogs will keep you entertained and, of course, Fiona falls in love. I loved the book and hope you will too.

STRATEGIC MOVES

Title: Strategic Moves Author: Stuart Woods Rating: 8 Stuart Woods' "Stone Barrington Novels" never disappoint me. In this book, Stone takes on an interesting client who claims to know where to find Osama Bin Laden. This man is genuine but a lot of people don't believe him and want to cause him harm. Of course the ever irritating Herbie Fisher is constantly on Stone's door step asking for legal advice or help. There were lots of surprises in this book and some exciting page turners.
